This Vesta Double Wall Ball Target can easily fit into any of our 3"x3" racks with 5/8" holes, and 1" holes!
 
Great to use for a dynamic exercise - melding a front squat with an overhead press, to generate an explosive force to launch the wall ball to the desired height on the wall!  And these two targets give you different options in terms of how high you want to throw the wall ball!
