At Vesta Fitness, we stand behind the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment in its original packaging. If your training equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, we are committed to making it right.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused equipment in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
